For the past two days I have been jumping on the treadmill for over 40 minutes and doing my best to get some cardio in before Thanksgiving/Holiday go-crazy-eating-time!

Will it make a difference? It’s better than nothing right?!? So, here are some ways I plan on avoiding gaining TOO much weight during the Thanksgiving holiday:

* Commit to getting in at least 3 workouts a week.

* Don’t start the day munching on all the food that’s available. Decide what you are having. Either a Thanksgiving Day lunch or dinner. Not both.

* Drink lots of water. LOTS!

* Try to skinny up your drinks with either diet drink or less of it.
