Tired of being tired and moody? I know when I’m overwhelmed with work and personal life it’s kinda hard to smile but there are some daily rituals that turn things around for me. Here are 4 of my faves!
1. Wake up early, give yourself time in the mornings.
2. Exercise but only physical activity that makes you feel good.
3. Enjoy a beauty routine. A bubble bath counts!
4. Disconnect from the world for at least an hour.
