Dancing with the Stars premiered last night and it did not disappoint. First of all, the show is back with the 3 original judges. Len, Bruno and Carrie were the 3 that lucky ones that got to hold up that round number card for the celebs and their partners.
Jordan Fisher (who is no stranger to 1019 AMP Radio) was by far, in my opinion the best dancer of the night. Although Frankie Muniz received a similar score, which I just do not get. Nikki Bella was “ok” Len was a little hard on her.
WATCH the performance’s below…
Nick and Vanessa Lachey were as cute as ever. Vanessa actually received one of the highest scores of the night along with Jordan Fisher and Lindsey Stirling.
Fun Fact: Lindsey did a music video for one of her songs with Derek Hough, so she is no stranger to dancing with a pro.
Speaking of the Hough family, Julianna was no where to be found last night. She was a judge on last season, but is absent for this current season.
Fun Fact number two: Vanessa’s partner Max is married to Peta, who happens to be Nick’s partner. All was civil last night, we shall see if it stays that way throughout the season.
Kevin Hart’s ex-wife and mother of his 2 children, Torrei Hart, is speaking out about how his “lies and infidelity” ended their marriage.
She said “When I met him, he was selling sneakers. He started to get fame and I’m kind of feeling a little left behind. We grew apart,” Kevin actually addresses his past relationship in a lot of his stand up. “Yes, people, I cheated. Am I ashamed of it? No, no I’m not,” he said in his 2013 stand-up comedy special, Kevin Hart: Let Me Explain. “Do I wish I could take it back? No, no I don’t.”
Hart’s ex-wife also stated, “I have an ex-husband who has repeatedly used me in his stand-up routines. For years, I had to endure that,” She said she had to keep it amicable for the sake of their 2 children.
This made things even more complicated last year when Parrish, 33, shared an Instagram photo from her and the Ride Along actor’s wedding with the caption, “8 years together. 1 year married. Forever to go!”
Fans were quick to point out that Kevin and Torrei divorced six years ago, prompting her to speculate whether his relationship with Parrish began before their split. Kevin Hart’s current wife is yet to comment on the situation or the apology.
Mario Lopez got into a fight at a gym in Las Vegas the other day. He said the most inconvenient thing about the situation wasn’t the actual fight, but the fact that the guy smashed his phone.
Apparently, Lopez bumped into the guy and apologized, but the guy got in his face. After things calmed down, Lopez dropped his phone and the guy picked it up and threw it against the wall. He said “I would rather have been personally assaulted than my phone. It wouldn’t have been as inconvenient! My gosh, I had to go to Caesar’s Palace and get a new phone. “It wasn’t backed up on iCloud . . . the whole thing is a nightmare dealing with it, in that sense.”
Lady Gaga was forced to cancel the rest of her shows due to having extreme pain from her Fibromyalgia.
This includes some European dates and performances in the UK. Get well soon, Gaga.
I have always been honest about my physical and mental health struggles. Searching for years to get to the bottom of them. It is complicated and difficult to explain, and we are trying to figure it out. As I get stronger and when I feel ready, I will tell my story in more depth, and plan to take this on strongly so I can not only raise awareness, but expand research for others who suffer as I do, so I can help make a difference. I use the word "suffer" not for pity, or attention, and have been disappointed to see people online suggest that I'm being dramatic, making this up, or playing the victim to get out of touring. If you knew me, you would know this couldn't be further from the truth. I'm a fighter. I use the word suffer not only because trauma and chronic pain have changed my life, but because they are keeping me from living a normal life. They are also keeping me from what I love the most in the world: performing for my fans. I am looking forward to touring again soon, but I have to be with my doctors right now so I can be strong and perform for you all for the next 60 years or more. I love you so much.
