Not in the mood to smile? Yeah, we all have our days and sometimes weeks but before you decide to have a permanent frown listen to this…It’s actually healthy to smile!

According to an article on FASTCOMPANY ‘When you smile, your brain is aware of the activity and actually keeps track of it. The more you smile, the more effective you are at breaking the brain’s natural tendency to think negatively.’

So how do you get in the mood when your world is crumbling down? Here are some things that have helped me:

* Call a friend

* Listen to you favorite music

* Drive…just drive!

* Go dancing…even if you can’t dance

* Take an exercise class
