Not sure about you guys but once the clock strikes 10pm I turn into the hungriest person on the planet. My intentions are always to eat healthy and maybe eat less but from time to time my hunger gets the best of me. Does this happen to you? Well, I did some research and found there are reasons why our bodies go haywire.

1. You’re actually thirsty

2. You’re always stressed out

3. Not getting enough sleep

4. You skip meals

5. You drink too much alcohol
