What stresses you out at work? Is it the boss breathing down your neck? Deadlines? Too many meetings? Having to come into work the day after the SuperBowl?

Here are the four most stressful things at work according to BusinessInsider.comĀ 

1.Heavy Workloads 33% – Being organized at work is key when there is a lot of work to do. Sometimes, it can be hard to knock your “to-do” list down when more work keeps being piled on top.

2. Demanding and unrealistic bosses 22%- We have all had that one boss that will ask the most impossible things from you that just don’t seem possible. OH and don’t you just love last minute meetings…on Friday….at 4:30. YAY meetings.

3. Work-life balance 22%- Sometimes it can be hard to balance what is required of us at work and what is required of us at home. You work hard all day and come home and have to “work” some more. Laundry, cleaning, dinner, kids…it can all add up. If you have a boss that understands about family, then that makes your life easier. However, If you don’t have a boss that is quite that understanding…it could make your life super stressful when he/she doesn’t understand that you need to be at work an hour later so you can attend your child’s Christmas program.

4. Other co-workers 15% – I know, you won’t always love everyone you work with 100% of the time, but let’s face it….some co-workers will make you want to start drinking early.
