#1.The Game Of Politics: The Game Blames Jay-Z For Obama’s Debate Debacle, Supports Stacey Dash
This week President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney squared off in another political debate and rappers came out on both sides. Despite the flashy PSA Jay-Z made for the POTUS, the Game still said Obama should lay off Jay-Z‘s music before debates.
“I’ve seen the debate: words were fumbled, certain topics weren’t covered correctly,” he told CBS Local. “But he’s Obama. He probably was listening to Jay-Z before he got up there and was a little bit in the zone and couldn’t get it together. But I love Obama he got my vote still.”
#2.The Bust Stop: Nelly Pumps The Brakes On Heroin Bust, Focuses On New Vitamin Venture
Nelly became the latest casualty in Sierra Blanca, Texas’ war on drug-transporting celebrities (Willie Nelson, Snoop Dogg and Fiona Apple were busted there). His bus was stopped by border patrol agents who found a gun, heroin and marijuana on board. Nelly was let free when his bodyguard stepped forward to claim responsibility.
