Today is “Love your Body Day” & I love it…. clearly there is a day for everything lol ;o)

I’m all about empowerment, self-love & positive energy so this is right up my alley.  I have a few tips to share & hopefully help you “Love your Body” today & days beyond.

Tip #1 : Exercise – Move your body & not just in a gym . Be active at least 30min a/day; you can dance, take a walk, wash your car or play with your kids – regardless of what you do, move your behind ;o)


Tip #2 : Fuel your Body – Eat food that gives you lasting energy, look into super foods & foods that contain ingredients that you can pronounce & recognize.  Drink up to 8 glasses of water a day & stay away from foods & beverages that aren’t good for you (you know what they are).


Tip #3 : Surround yourself with Positive People – If they don’t make you feel good or lift you up, then stay away from them – you decide who is in your life… So choose the best.


Tip #4 : Don’t Compare – Don’t compare your “happy”, your accomplishments or yourself to ANYONE else – your happy is uniquely designed just for YOU! Embrace it & Live on a Lifeline & not a Deadline.


Tip #5 : Pamper Yourself – Do something that makes you feel good & it doesn’t have to cost money – whatever you decide make it ALL about you.
